Check-in chaos, but great views
Despite a hiccup at check-in, waking up to the tranquil lakeside views made our two-night family stay worthwhile. The location truly exceeded our expectations!
The hotel had recently changed ownership, and communication was lacking.

Upon arrival, there was a significant mix-up with our reservation, and we were initially told no record existed despite having paid for our stay. Despite this frustrating check-in experience, we did find the lakeside views quite pleasant during our visit, and the nearby parks offered a lovely spot for family outings. the lack of clear communication from the new management made the entire process unnecessarily stressful.
