Upon arrival, there was a significant mix-up with our reservation, and we were initially told no record existed despite having paid for our stay. Despite this frustrating check-in experience, we did find the lakeside views quite pleasant during our visit, and the nearby parks offered a lovely spot for family outings. the lack of clear communication from the new management made the entire process unnecessarily stressful.
